Annual Impact Gathering

We are pleased to invite you to the inaugural Seven Generations Capital Annual Impact Gathering.

The Gathering will bring together our partners, Indigenous leaders, and leadership team for three days of connection, learning, and shared reflection. Grounded in the principles of Seven Generations Thinking, we will explore how long-term stewardship, values-driven investment, and meaningful partnership can create lasting impact.

A highlight of the event will be the introduction of our Indigenous Advisory Council, whose guidance and wisdom will help shape our path forward. Attendees will hear directly from Indigenous leaders and gain insights rooted in deep community experience and generations of knowledge.

The program will also include a property tour, learning sessions, and opportunities to help shape our next chapter. As the first of what we intend to be an ongoing tradition, the Gathering is a chance to reflect on our progress, strengthen relationships, and look ahead to the generations we are accountable to.

This purpose is rooted in the Seven Generations mindset — a principle that guides today’s decisions based on their impact seven generations into the future. It’s about long-term thinking, relational accountability, and leaving the world better than we found it. This mindset shapes every partnership, project, and decision, and supports the self-determination of all those we work alongside.

Our model is grounded in three pillars, which will be embedded throughout the program through knowledge-sharing and hands-on experience:

  1. Financial Inclusion: Ownership and economic development are the most effective tool to close the increasing wealth gap across communities.
  2. Environmental Stewardship: Guided by long term values, we prioritize restoring our relationship with the land and all living beings with clear net-zero targets.
  3. Social and Cultural Resilience: We center local community voices, support ceremony, language, and culture, and build space for all to thrive.

We would be honoured to have you join us. This Gathering represents both a milestone and a commitment — to our partners, to the communities we serve, and to the generations we are accountable to. We look forward to sharing this occasion with you.
